Pricing

The Fully Charged plan is billed monthly in arrears based on the maximum number of active users for the month. It costs £3 per user per month and that's it. For the Jump Started plan you buy the licenses based on number of users you need. Contact us for a quotation - its a bit more complicated.

Pay As You Go

With the Fully Charged Software-as-a-Service plan there are no long term contracts. You simply pay-as-you-go, month to month. You can cancel at any time, and you'll be billed pro-rata for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Payment Types

We don't need any payment information from you up front. You are welcome to sign up for a free trial and we'll get in touch with you during your first 30 days to find out how you're getting on. You can pay us automatically each month by credit card or we can handle things the old fashioned way with Purchase Orders, Invoices, cheques and credit transfers if you want.

Everyone gets a free 30-day trial even if you decide you want to go ahead and pay to use FatigueReporting.com. If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you haven't given us your payment details before your free trial is over your account will stop working.

System Requirements

The Fully Charged plan is a Software-as-a-Service, Cloud based system, so we handle all the hosting for you. Contact us for server requirements if you want to do the system hosting yourself with the Jump Started plan.

You will need an up to date browser. Internet Explorer 8 or 9 work ok, but the latest versions of FireFox, Chrome and Safari work best of all. FatigueReporting.com also works well on most of the latest smart phones and tablets (we like Android and Apple devices), but you will need an internet connection to access it. If in doubt check that your browser or device is compatible with CSS3 and HTML5.
